…well not a star but defiantly more well known than his old man, which isn’t saying much at all.  Seriously.  Everyone who knows me knows I have a son so there we are equal.  However, in his 5 + month on planet earth he has been featured twice on training websites main pages.  Which means that many more strangers know about my boy than me.  This latest post is a little more near and dear to my heart than when Mason was on CrossFit.com.  CrossFit Football was the first cert I attended, the most thoughtful crossfit style programming out there, and the founder, John Welbourn played for birds in their hay day.  If you think making 4 straight NFC title games is a hay day.  Plus in the caption he refers to Mason as Gator… which I love.  And by the way, his brand new twin daughter are also being raised on The Healthy Baby Code.  If you haven’t you need to check it out.
